Scott, That is some very good documentation...
I have a working BP series 1 with the Anilam 1100M conversion on it soon to be converted to EMC2. Do you have the drive tuning information that came with the conversion kit? If you increase the following error will it not fault out? You may have to do this while tuning the drives for each axis.
