Actually from emc i'm using only RTAI-patched kernel, and NI hardware
with Comedi drivers.
Anyway, I've done some progress. I disabled a bunch of functionalities
in the bios (like ACPI, usb legacy, and more) and managed to make a
realtime executable run (with very bad jitters, but's better than
nothing). Now i'm trying to disable those features one at a time, to
see wich one is making problems. I'll keep you updated.
