If you can find out what the existing collet is usually you can get a replacement with a different inner diameter. For instance, if it's a small router (like a rotozip) it might have an ER-11 collet. A bigger router might have an ER-25 or something. Then you can go to Amazon and type in "ER-25 Collet" and you'll get lots of options
