If you want exact sizes, that is a problem, but they usually sell an assortment of usable sizes. You need a spindle that runs REALLY true and has no Z-axis bobbles or wiggles to the side when it reverses. I've drilled down to .018" with an air-bearing spindle, but that is getting tricky.
