I have D525MW booting on power up for a long time.
BIOS Power page parameter "After power failure" is set to <Power On>.
I shut down the computer, then turn off the power switch on PSU. Next time
I turn it on and the computer starts.

BTW you might want to update the BIOS, it fixes many bugs.
