The Toshiba VF-S11 can be driven via Modbus to enable/disable the panel, and 
that is linked to the vfs11_vfd.enable pin - 1: modbus control/panel disabled; 
0: modbus just monitoring but control by panel

I pushed vfs11_vfd to master today, so it's 'in'
