Don't forget GWiz (http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?GWiz_-_A_Gcode_Wizard_Framework) - it needs a screen shot - that page doesn't sell it well.
I've build some lathe wizards, and I've just converted my router (although I usually use visual mill for cam) It is just waiting for someone to start adding mill wizards.
