Apparently, I am not using a correct os to do this. If I change prob_rfx2 to probrfx2 it starts, but can't finish, gives me an error, 'segment overrun exception', plus the #1 space is corrupt now. usbd freedos 1.44. freedos 1.0 hangs when attempting to write. XP cmd line says operation cannot proceed in virtual machine.(is not installed in a virtual machine)
