We have some PCIE cards (the new 6I25 for example, and cabled PCIE solutions: 6I71/3X20/7I68, 6i71/4I73/4I65 or 4I68 or 4I69) but for LinuxCNC the PCI cards will have better performance (lower latency for single transfers) and lower cost.
