Jon, Thanks for that lead, a quick search and I found a 6 page instructions for making a 10hp and tuning it up as well. He goes into great detail and makes it simple to try. I see his start circuit is a bit different than mine as he uses a control transformer but I have a large box of phase converter parts so I can duplicate the drawing exactly.
