I can imagine a way to do it, but it would require non-symetrical windings 
and very careful load balancing, bitchy to setup without giving the input 
side a stray path that would lead to unwanted heat that John would wind up 
paying the power bill for at 2x, once to supply the power it takes to make 
that heat, and again to handle the unwanted heats removal by AC or fans.

Not at all practical IMO.  The true 1/1 isolation transformer will be 
97-98% efficient and maintain a safe, uninterrupted earthen ground for the 
whole system.  But lets see what Harbach has to offer and at what price.
