Voltage would be whatever is being fed to the 'bricks' minus 50 milliohms of on resistance in the H bridge's hexfet outputs. Max volts is 50 for those, max amps is 4.2, chopper regulated at about 20 kilohertz according to the noises I see when I wave a scope probe near by. Min current can be held to an amp or less, don't have the spec sheet in front of me ATM. They do run hotter at lower voltages I would note, less than 24 volts isn't recommended. I wasn't convinced either, so I bought a spare, but its still in the box. If I buy any more, I'd likely buy the 80 volt 7.x amp version as my next project might be a nema 56 to pull logs thru my big bandsaw. But that is still in the mental image stage because I'd first have to pour a slab to support the trackage to carry the log, then wrap a building around it.
