there is no tacho feedback for torque mode

there is no 'step test' for torque mode

( and step means an instant velocity command change form 0 to maximum used , 
like 0 to 8V )
no frequency is needed , the test uses one edge and a storage scope.

doesnt matter at all if you are in torque mode, set by the s2 switch from 
outside the case
