Just sitting here thinking out loud. Now that I have found that the machine
does have separate limits and home switches Connor Billy brought up a good
point. I can either A: wire the limits into the E-stop circuit directly and
a trip of either will shut down the whole show or B: I can wire the E-stop
into the main power contactors for the entire drive system and wire the
Limits into the Motor drive side of the Teco servo amps. I am thinking that
if I use that setup I can use a momentary switch to temporarily bypass the
limits and allow me to reenergize the drives so I can then just jog off the
limits and get back into making chips. I realize that the limits are the
last ditch OMG kimshi has hit the fan safety but would it not work the same
way in this manner too? I would like to hear ideas about this.

I am working on my wiring diagram right now for the machine and I need
to make a decision here LOL..peace

Pete
