ok, a short explanation.
the important message is
"Togl: couldn't get visual".
this message is thrown by axis when invoked per
X-forwarding and the issues happened described below.
and the full translation of the "strange" post :)
"if axis invoked per X-forwarding spitting out:
Togl: couldn't get visual"
(then the following command may help)
sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-swx11
