I bet you're using "trivkins", it's a realtime module loaded in one of your hal files. Can you verify that? I don't know 4+ axis kinematics all that well, but i'd expect all rotary axes to rotate around the origin by default. For example, I expect the A axis to rotate around the G53 X axis. I don't see a way to tell trivkins that the axis of rotation of the A axis is offset from the X axis.
