There's a demo of it doing automatic change using a holder rack with ramps to push the spring loaded collar up. Make a holder plus a backup spare and a load of ER20 collet holders. Could either use a fixture to set all tools to the same height or a touch point for automatic tool length setting. Simpler on the equipment to manually set tool length, easier for the operators to have the machine find its own tool lengths. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
