Check out their video page. There's a demo of it doing automatic change using a 
holder rack with ramps to push the spring loaded collar up.

Make a holder plus a backup spare and a load of ER20 collet holders. Could 
either use a fixture to set all tools to the same height or a touch point for 
automatic tool length setting. Simpler on the equipment to manually set tool 
length, easier for the operators to have the machine find its own tool lengths.
