We have 5 axis files and 3D contouring files that regularly approach if not exceed 100K lines. I don't know the maximum we have had but I am sure it was more than 100K lines. This number of lines does not occur often but it does happen once or twice a year.
I don't know the file size. 5 axis files are Xxxx.xxxx Yyyy.yyyy Zzzz.zzzz Aaa.aaa Bbb.bbb Ffff.ffff 3D contour files are Xxxx.xxxx Yyyy.yyyy Zzzz.zzzz for each line of the tool motion code.
