I guess that double H-bridge motor drives with PWM input should like these
http://www.ebay.com/itm/171080096646? (I found that rated voltage for those
motors is 27V).
That is quite inexpensive.

After looking at that item I think there is a typo in the description. I'm 
betting that unit is rated for 0.68A
 
Buyer beware.
