Not so huge (5x5cm), and it looks like it contacts with the board, not the chips. But say 25A current produces 10W heating, that sink looks enough. OK, let's say bldc (or other comp) produces amplitude and sign for 2 phases. Which MESA FPGA firmware can turn amplitude into PWM? Or amplitude/sign into LPWM/RPWM for this board?
