A short word of caution for anyone who wants to use it -- qdtoolchange
as implemented on my system has a deadlock condition that I haven't
resolved yet. Likely a state machine problem between linuxcnc and
qutoolchange, where each is waiting on the other. It happens very
seldom, and always after I've switched the tool changer hardware between
manual and auto modes. It seems to require linuxcnc to be restarted to
resolve it. Annoying, but not terrible since it's only happens during
tool setup.
