I use a "Little Giant" condensate drain pump.  These are typically used 
with a
float switch to pump condensate water up from an air conditioner or
industrial refrigerator to a drain pipe.  I'm not sure of the HP, the 
label has
worn away.  I'm guessing it is somewhere between 1/32 and 1/20 of an
HP.

My chips generally all stay on the table, I then scoop them into a funnel
lined with a "handi-wipe" to allow the coolant to drip down.  Practically
nothing ever makes it to the sump.
