That's linuxcncrsh saying it can't connect to LinuxCNC.

Your .ini file should specify linuxcncrsh as the DISPLAY, like this:

[DISPLAY]
DISPLAY = linuxcncrsh

Then when you start linuxcnc (from an init script, or by logging in via 
ssh, say) it'll start linuxcncrsh automatically, and you'll be able to 
connect to it via telnet.
