 I will ignore Myford out of personal prejudice.

All the others came on a makers stand, and were not supplied for bench
mounting.
If you look at lathes that were supplied for bench mounting it is a
lot more common. Rivett are just one example.

However, I confess that I am basing my statements only on a single
source, the lathes.co.uk site, the author of which seems quite fond of
the three-bolt concept and who mentions it as a feature where found. I
am actually neither a machinist nor an engineer, I just pretend to be
both on the Internet.
