You have swapped the wrong wires. Peter was talking about the input to the THCAD. ie, the connections from the Potentiometer to the THCAD. If you put the black probe from the multimeter on the -IN terminal of the THCAD and the red probe on the +IN terminal, is the number on the multimeter positive or negative?
