Yes it all works!
it work--- but very slow!!
When led light on THCAD blink with higher frequency than i can not jog.
when  light on THCAD blink with lowest frequency i can jog any axis but
very slow.
it was so slow motion that i did not recognized that it moves

the point is it that  all works!!

probably i need change - adjust coefficient to me better response to change
of 0 to +5 V DC ( and frequency that depended on 0 +5 V DC)

But theory that it is possible to use 0 +5 V DC to change feed is working.
