I am afraid not. You could run one machine at a time using LinuxCNC with a different config, or you could write special G-code that ran both machines at the same time, but you can (in effect) only run one G-code program on one PC at a time. Consider that a PC to run LinuxCNC costs about €250 and a Mesa card set is another €200 I am not sure it is worth messing about.
