Mio is used as an abbreviation for Million, especially in German. The document that you linked seems to use a mixture of . and , as the symbol for the decimal point. I found many references to MTBF for power supplies specified with a MTBF of between 1 and 5 Mio hours, so my assumption would be that Traco intended the specification to be one and a half million hours.
