Don't know what signals it takes. It has servo motors and uses an Animatics
control box with an RS232C port.
The old DOS software and the manual linked to in the video description might
provide info useful for configuring other software, if it can use a serial port.
It's an American made mill, not based on Asian castings. Uses round linear
bearing rails. Someone who apparently worked for Light Machines posted internal
company documentation for their machines on another forum. That info could also
be useful for adding Light Machines mill and lathe support to LCNC.

Well, of course LinuxCNC can run a 3-axis mill. I've been
using LinuxCNC
and its predecessors since 1998.
Do you know what signals the drives take? Step/direction or
something
else?
