I have an Okuma flat bed lathe I have converted to linuxcnc (not fully finished 
but works).
I replaced the drives and motors.
I have the manuals for it - OSP2200
I have a pic of the page that shows pinouts.
not much info there.
I sent one encoder to Stuart Stevenson as they were interested in trying one.
Not sure if they ever got it working.

If you figure it out I'd love to hear about it.
