I remember that little kerfluffle.  I commented on it too.  Seems some
folks want to be spoon fed, and by god, when they want an answer to
their question, they want it yesterday.  As if we were paid support,
and not doing the job we were paid to do.

I've also seen folks "bump" their post an hour or less after they
originally posted, wondering why in the hell nobody has answered their
poorly written question about some arcane/obscure piece of equipment,
whining that nobody has answered their question yet.

I scratch my head sometimes, and wonder if they had ever been taught
any manners growing up.
