Dave,

I'm a Marylander for two more weeks. We close on the house on the
15th of October, and I should be in Michigan by the 18th. The first
set of buyers backed out of the contract three days before we were due
to close. Worst part of the deal was we were under contract for 48
days, and when they backed out the height of the home buying season
was over. I'm moving to Grayling MI.

It's expensive as hell to live here, and more and more people are
moving into the area. We're currently about 20 miles south of
southern DC in Waldorf MD. I'll be terribly happy to see the Metro DC
area in my rear view mirrors. I'm also semi-retiring as part of the
move. Can't wait!

Chevy Chase is a nice area, but it's even more expensive than where I
currently live. ;-)

Mark
