With the work I do on cane rodmaking, 320 grit is still pretty damn 
coarse.  ;-)  Maybe they'll eventually come out with a 600 grit.  I work 
down to 2000 grit on the finish, but there I can use wet/dry paper.  But 
600 grit is a good final cut before the finish goes on.
