Todd, I would get a larger box to hold much of the controls, then put a 12 location load center with 15 amp breakers in it. Then mount a single disconnect box next to the control box and run a small piece of conduit between them. One place to lock out, all the wiring is now centralized and organized and you have all the correct protection. You even have some extra space for future growth.
