There's JB Weld and JB Kwik. The Kwik stuff has the 5 minute working time. The
other often has an annoyingly too long working time, running off or settling
into low areas while you're wishing it would hurry and gel. The slow version
does achieve a higher final strength, but takes at least 24 hours before you
can put any stress on it.
Loctite also makes a couple of epoxy compounds similar to the JB ones.

As Jackie Gleason would have said, "what a revoltin development that
would be". :)

But I also thought if it was fresh enough, it should squeeze out to not
more than a thou thick if the bolts didn't waste any time being torqued.
But with its 5 minute set time, I doubt if I could get it in there
quickly enough.  Whatever I'd put in there would have to be of an
injectable viscosity, and JBWeld sure isn't.  So I may settle for some
red locktite on the screws.  If that fails, then we'll know for sure the
washers are bending.
