Hi Erik, While it looks like you did a nice job, homebuilt wood frame machines don't sell for much. If you want to sell that for more than what you have into it, you need to make some "sales videos" and post them on youtube showing what the machine can do.
You need to sell the capabilities, not the machine. That's the only way you will have a chance at recovering your costs. If I was a buyer I would want to see it cutting and I would want to see a repeatability test, such as running the machine up to a dial indicator, running a pattern and then coming back to the dial indicator again and touching it to show repeatability. Show the best abilities of the machine via videos and then try it again on Ebay.
