I haven't but very intermittently, followed the IRC conversation as its 
99% drivel and 1% edible meat.  And probably 75% of the time I am 
ignored.  That channel needs to be passwd protected to get rid of the 
off-topic trash talk by people I have never seen on these lists, and I 
am subscribed to the developers list also.  Sadly, that particular 
conversation never made it to my inbox.

As in  ssh -Y logins from an x86 boxen?  I do too, but not to power up 
and run the machinery.
