I doubt it.

It is probably somewhere close to 45 degrees or 30 degrees, but I
doubt even the chap making it was particularly bothered about the
exact angle.

I suspect that the angle will be too shallow to make it possible to
grind a tool that isn't undercut.

Maybe keep the boring bar for boring and get something like
