I got tired of screwing with the crooked, dull drills in the cheap kits, 
and bought a set of numbered drills from Mill Monster that have been 
truly great drills so far. $100 a kit in the usual small steel box.

I have 2 or 3 that look like that, probably came from a Hitachi card, 
bought at Lowes, good stuff, but at Lowes, all fractional only.
