Raspbian is the Foundation’s official supported operating system. You can

This is not quite right, that should have been 4, 8 bit packets or bytes.

I am somewhat distracted, and may not be as active here for a bit as my
bride of 27+ years fell and broke a hip in a friends kitchen earlier
this afternoon. A clean break, knocking the ball off the end of the
bone, so its an easy fix according to the propaganda they are telling
us, but she's in considerable pain none-the-less. So when she does come
home, I expect to be a bit busier caring for her than I have been. I've
been dreading this because she has absolutely no padding to absorb a
fall. Anyplace. I'd have to hide several boxes of 30-06 ammo in her
jeans to get the scales above 85 lbs. I'll speak up when I have the
time & giddy-up. I'd gladly give her some of my excess padding, but
thats not how it works.

Thanks for all the help. But like a hungry puppy, I'll still be here.
