I think you've hit it John. I recall reading about that via its man page, and had since forgotten it, having reached that age where I can't always recall what I had for breakfast, or even if I had breakfast since thats not an everyday occurrence, governed by the morning glucose reading. Not in the big pdf, except a very terse description, but it does have a manpage, from which I extracted this: loadrt threads name1=name period1=period [fp1=<0|1>] [<thread-2-info>] [<thread-3-info>] And I am assuming the fp1 tells it floating point or not. And that worked, I now have a 10ms thread running for this slower stuff driven by human hands. Thanks John.
