Hmmm, this is a bit odd.  Yes, I think the Z drive is 
popped, but you should check the Z motor for possible 
intermittent short to ground.  Doesn't make sense that it 
blows fuses, then you move the drive and put back, and it 
DOESN'T blow fuses anymore.  (Of course, whatever was 
shorted and blew the fuse may have been burned clear during 
that short, so it doesn't pop fuses anymore.)
