Now you are thinking like me. :) But PI had our placed re-shingled before the old one were done here about 5 years back, replacing a dark brown with Shasta Whites. Might not last as long, but I just about paid for the shingles in the reduced AC billing last summer. The house was noticeably more comfortable.
