Thank You Andy, that worked well. But why can't I look this up in the docs? Anyway I got past that although I had to make it another .35mm bigger before the head of the screw fit. The last step, tapping the 3 holes for the draw screws in the pulley went much better than I though, except the last peck stroke of the g33.1 ran into the bottom of the hole on the first full depth hole, so now I'm making up an EDM electrode to remove the center of the tap. but I had to wait for the air to clear in the garage after the tap broke, it was pretty thick and blue for a spell. Now if I can find a drain stopper to plug the center of the pulley, I can burn for much longer before changing the distilled water, which will make the burn go a lot faster. Sometimes I wonder why I gnawed thru the straps and got up in the morning. At the present rate of progress, Amazon might have sent the rest of the bearings by the time I'm ready to re-assemble this shaft. When I get the taps remains extracted, then I'll use the small mill, already setup with a brass saw disk, to slit the taper using the same power supply setup. Then bearing pullers/pushers made on TLM. Only then will I be waiting on amazon.
