Thanks to pncconf, I have generated a complete configuration, edited it
and changed the values to what I have found in the manuals and in the
wiki

 http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Stepper_Drive_Timing

I have tested the configuration with Axis and it works.
