HOST? I don't recall seeing that error before. Ideas? Stuff to check? Thanks. Its been a very looong day, starting with running up to staples & bringing home a pair of 32Gb PNY's that claimed 85 Mb/sec, but only did about 4.5 when writing the img file. I also picked up a usb hd, terabyte. By flipping a bit on in the OTG memory, the pi can be made to boot from most usb hd's. Its a one way bit flip though, that pi will never again boot from a u-sd card. Cheers, Gene Heskett -- "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
