I've reproduced the problem using the RTAI test suite (ie, without any linuxcnc code) and I've submitted a bug report to rtai.org, but so far no one has found the bug. Until that bug is fixed we can not ship this kernel, or a linuxcnc version based on it, to our users. If you want to try it, you'll have to build linuxcnc from source yourself.
