Why not model it in Fusion 360?  The scroll is a constant spiral and most
3D modelers can do that.  I don't see any reason why I couldn't make a
chuck in Fusion.  Then once you have the model you can use some of
Fusion'stoolpath generators to create the g-code.  The software is free but
the skill needed to use it take time.
