So do I. TLM is dangerous w/o that stanza of hal code. If the motor is 
started, its got about 50 milliseconds to register a passing A pulse 
edge, so the motor is killed before it has made half a rev when the head 
is in neutral, or I've broken something in the drive between the motor 
and the spindle. Timing is fairly critical because I had to give it 
enough time to reverse at the bottom of a rigid tap. If it didn't shut 
the motor down, and  its in neutral, the motor hits about 10 grand in 2 
seconds or less since the pid just keeps hitting it harder and harder.
