This works, but so far for only one direction, and it appears that the spindle wiring from the vfd to the motor is just as screwed up as half the stepper motors were. What makes me think that? Easy, its running bass ackwards even from its own control panel! So not much to do but open the friggin box yet a third time, and trade 2 of the motor wires. Are the Chinese that color blind? Or is this shit on purpose? I'm beginning to wonder. That wiring is exactly how it came out of the box... For those being wary of running it too slow, and burning it up, I have lcd thermometers on the water tank, and on the motor, and at least an hours total time much of it at about 3000 revs, none of those thermometers has gone up 2C, it simply is not heating. But now its time to don my chefs hat and make us dinner. I can reverse two wires tomorrow, and then find out why it won't reverse once I get it spinning in the right direction in the first place. It has 3 choices of control style, with the third being some sort of 3 wire. That of course is undocumented, anyplace on this side of the large pond. Yeah, I'm whittling away on a piece of sweet gum big enough to remodel attitudes in my spare time. > Thanks Dave > > Cheers, Gene Heskett Cheers, Gene Heskett -- "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
